      2. Résumé Screening

      Our recruitment team will review applications, screening for candidates whose skills and experience closely match the job requirements outlined in the job description.

      3. Interview

      If selected, we’ll schedule a phone, virtual, or in-person interview with the hiring manager and team members. This allows us to assess your cultural fit and teamwork skills and further explore your qualifications. Be ready to discuss your experience and ask questions about the role.

      4. Final Decision

      After all interviews are complete, we’ll promptly evaluate candidates and communicate our decision. If selected, you’ll receive an offer detailing compensation, benefits, and start date.

      5. Pre-Employment Procedures

      After accepting the offer, you’ll complete a drug screening and, if needed, a Motor Vehicle Report. Once cleared, you’ll finish your new hire onboarding paperwork online.

      6. On-Boarding + First Day

      We’re excited to welcome you to the team! We’ll confirm your start date, order your gear, and make sure everything is set up for a smooth first day. You’ll be scheduled for New Hire Orientation, where you’ll learn about our company and get prepared for your new role. We’re excited to get you settled in and set up for success!
